I've been keeping journals since I was in the 3rd grade and I'm so glad to share some of my most intimate life moments with you here!  Here, you'll find inspirational and encouraging stories of me and other broken people like me. We are all jars of clay who have been afflicted in every way, but not crushed...struck down by not destroyed.  Here, you do NOT have the right to remain silent, so as you read, grab your favorite snack and drink and leave a comment...share YOUR story. I can't wait to connect with you in this beautiful safe space.

welcome to my

journal!

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE

When describing my mind, I always tell Ethan my brain is like a web browser with 50,000 tabs open…ALL. AT. ONCE.

Honestly, I always have SO many thoughts running through my mind.  Which is why my goal for this week is to:

As women, let’s be honest…we always have A LOT going on. Whether it’s in our personal, professional or romantic lives, we always seem to be on the go. With that “miss busybody” mentality, sometimes it’s easy for us to lose sight of big goals or dreams we have for ourselves.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve really been meditating on dreaming bigger and during this time, I’ve realized that once you begin to dream bigger…once you’ve decided to go big, you have to stay focused on that dream. It doesn’t matter what comes your way, what may try to distract you, staying focused on your big picture is key to your success.

With various shoots on the books, scheduled blogs and images that must be delivered, to say I have a lot to accomplish in the upcoming weeks would be an understatement. And that’s just what’s happening professionally! But as God continues to speak to me and show me where He’s taking me, I can’t afford to lose focus right now. And neither can you.

It’s time for you and me to begin to slowly close down some of the tabs in our brains and focus on the things that really matter. So whether it’s by challenging yourself to be better organized, making to-do-lists or simply managing your time better, I encourage us all to stay focused this week.

I truly believe we are all destined for greatness…but in order for us to get there, we have to tune out the white noise, ignore the distractions and keep our eyes on the prize.

Don’t get overwhelmed. Don’t allow yourself to lost sight of what you’re working towards. You are almost there.

And you know what?

I have faith in you.

Now…go get it girlfriend. 🙂
