I’m so incredibly blessed to meet beautiful people all the time, but the moment I saw Aurora all I could think was:

“oh. my. gosh. This woman is STUNNING. Look at those EYES!!!!”

When I moved to Anchorage, I was a little worried about finding a team of hair and makeup artists as good as the ones I had in Virginia. I wanted women who weren’t just fellow creatives, but women who had big hearts, incredible souls and women who I genuinely enjoyed being around. God came and gave me ALL MY LIFE when one of my clients introduced me to Aurora and Emily of Icebox Beauty! These two women are everything I could have ever dreamed of in an hair and makeup team. They are CRAZY talented, have the sweetest personalities, are SO much fun to be around and are stunning inside and out! I already have so much fun while shooting, but having Aurora and Emily around makes it SO much more fun!

Aurora and Emily both needed some portraits that captured their genuine spirits, confidence and fearless spirits, so we made that happen! We met up at Beluga Point and had the most amazing time! I absolutely LOVE this place! The water, the mountains and this beautiful golden sunlight??! This place is so magical!! Between the laughter and girl chat, there was never a dull moment.
