is such a joy to write because Shyanne is such a joy to be around. She is one of THE most genuine people I know and has one of the brightest spirits I’ve ever come across.

It’s no secret that Shyanne is drop-dead gorgeous. I mean seriously…look at her.I’m convinced she’s a real life Disney princess. Nevertheless, when I first met Shyanne, the thing I noticed first was her eyes. There was something so glamorous about her eyes (and her perfectly manicured eyebrows) that I found myself just drawn to her. Every time I’m around her, she’s always laughing and smiling and if I’m having a bad day, I can’t help but feel peace in her presence.

When we first began discussing how Shyanne wanted to be photograph, we knew instantly Alaska’s winter backdrop would be perfect for her. She grew up in Colorado, so even though this isn’t home, she’s no stranger to snow! I stumbled across Kincaid park and immediately fell in love with it! Kincaid Park has so much beautiful open space and even though it’s a popular destination in the summer, it’s just as breathtakingly beautiful in the winter!! Even though we drifted a little and even briefly ended up in a snow bank, it was all worth it to capture this timeless beauty!
