At first I was afraid…I was petrified. Kept thinking I could never live without this lens by my side.

And you know what I realized??

I was right.

I couldn’t.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve really been taking the time (and making the proper sacrifices) to really invest in lenses.

Good lenses or “glass” as we in the photography community like to call them, can really help make images pop. They can also achieve very specific looks. Which brings me to this bad boy.

The 105mm is a macro lens that is AHHHMAZING for those up-close-and-personal, all-in-your-personal-bubble details!! This ring is definitely my go to for all my ring shots, which is definitely one of my favorite things to shoot while at weddings (no seriously…I have an entire gallery dedicated to it on my website)!

I absolutely LOVE this lens!! There is nothing like it. Not only is great for details such as rings, it’s amazing for portraits too!! It literally is my super lens!
